Naoto Fukasawa is a Japanese designer. He was born in 1956 in Yamanashi and has a minimal and organic approach to his projects. Fukasawa’s ability to use design to summarise the essential value of objects breaks down all the boundaries between disciplines and has made his school of thought world famous. His “Without Thought” design philosophy is inspired by the unconscious actions and behaviour of people in everyday life, which in turn leads to a discreat and familiar style.
